In these short interviews, young entrepreneurs share their personal experience and general perspective on entrepreneurship.

Seven young entrepreneurs, with different professional backgrounds and profiles, came from across Europe to share their insights on the main challenges and aspects that one has to bear in mind when setting up a business. All interviewees are currently at the head of pioneering business projects ranging from different sectors – notably education, IT and health –and share the common objectives to encourage innovative and digital disruption in their respective industry. All are eager to fill in the market’s needs and improve peoples’ lives.

The video, now available online in this article, provides a general overview of their present situation as young entrepreneurs and answer questions like what it is to be an entrepreneur, and why embracing such a demanding career could also prove to give an overall sense of achievement and satisfaction.

Interviewees were asked to describe which ‘mindset’ to adopt from the start, alongside the social and technical skills that are at required to take the leap. You will also hear about concrete and useful peer-to-peer advice, tips and pitfalls to avoid, and aspects to consider before venturing in this pathway. The interviews further aim at guiding future entrepreneurs to get off the ground with their business and innovative ideas.
